

| 8 ounces Linguine, uncooked | 16 ounces Needham Sliced Beef Steak |
| 2 medium Garlic clove, minced | 1/2 teaspoon Thyme, ground |
| 2 teaspoons Olive oil | 1/4 pound mushrooms |
| 14 ounces Tomato canned, stewed | 8 ounces Tomato Sauce, canned/low sodium |
| 3/4 cup Wine table, red, dry | |
| Cook pasta as package directs; drain. Saute Needham Sliced Beef Steak, garlic and thyme in hot oil for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and wine. Cook uncovered, over medium heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. |
