8 ounces Linguine, uncooked 16 ounces Needham Sliced Beef Steak
2 medium Garlic clove, minced 1/2 teaspoon Thyme, ground
2 teaspoons Olive oil 1/4 pound mushrooms
14 ounces Tomato canned, stewed 8 ounces Tomato Sauce, canned/low sodium
3/4 cup Wine table, red, dry

 Cook pasta as package directs; drain. Saute Needham Sliced Beef Steak, garlic and thyme in hot oil for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and wine. Cook uncovered, over medium heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
