1 cup Onion 2 medium Garlic clove, crushed
2 Tablespoons Margarine 1 medium Potato, boiled/peeled/diced
1 medium Green Pepper 14 ounces Tomato, canned/stewed
1/2 teaspoon Thyme, ground 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Cloves, ground 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
3/4 pound Needham Sliced Corned Beef  

 Cook Needham Sliced Corned Beef Brisket and set aside. Chop potato and green pepper. In large skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender-crisp. Add potato and pepper; cook 2 minutes. Stir in cooked corned beef, tomatoes, thyme and spices. Simmer stirring frequently, 3-5 minutes. Season with hot pepper sauce and serve with eggs, if desired.
