

| 1 cup Onion | 2 medium Garlic clove, crushed |
| 2 Tablespoons Margarine | 1 medium Potato, boiled/peeled/diced |
| 1 medium Green Pepper | 14 ounces Tomato, canned/stewed |
| 1/2 teaspoon Thyme, ground | 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon |
| 1/8 teaspoon Cloves, ground | 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper |
| 3/4 pound Needham Sliced Corned Beef |
| Cook Needham Sliced Corned Beef Brisket and set aside. Chop potato and green pepper. In large skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender-crisp. Add potato and pepper; cook 2 minutes. Stir in cooked corned beef, tomatoes, thyme and spices. Simmer stirring frequently, 3-5 minutes. Season with hot pepper sauce and serve with eggs, if desired. |
