1 pound Needham Sliced Pork Steak 1/2 medium Onion, red
20 ounces Pea pods, frozen 8 ounces Orange, Mandarine, canned
3 ounces Chow Mein Noodles

 In large nonstick skillet, stir-fry Needham Sliced Pork Steak and peeled and thinly sliced onion over medium-high heat about 4-5 minutes. In a large bowl, toss pea pods (thawed and drained), drained oranges, and chow mein noodles.
