16 ounces Needham Sliced Beef Steak 1 cup Beef Broth, canned
1/4 teaspoon Oregano 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 small Pepper, green, sliced 1 medium Onion, sliced
2 medium Garlic cloves, crushed 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
4 pieces Italian bread

 In small sauce pan, combine broth & 1/4 tsp. oregano. Simmer 10-15 minutes. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot; add peppers, onion, garlic & 1/4 tsp. oregano. Cook & stir for 3-4 minutes until tender. Remove from skillet, keeping warm. In same skillet, cook Needham Sliced Beef Steak. Split Italian bread (rolls); dip bottom half of each into broth; top woth beef and equal amounts of veggies. Dip cut surface of top half of each roll in broth and top sandwiches.
