1 pound Needham Pork Loin, diced 2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
14-1/2 ounces Tomato, canned/stewed 2 Tablespoons Wine table, red/dry
1 teaspoon Itakian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
1/8 teaspoon Red pepper 3 Carrots, raw
1 package Pearl onions 1 cup Green Beans, fresh
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch dissolved in water 1 Tablespoon Water
2 cups Pasta noodles, cooked

 In a large Dutch oven or deep skillet with lid, brown Needham Pork Loin cubes in oil over medium-high heat until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, wine, Italian seasonings, peppers, carrots, onions (frozen, about 1 cup) and green beans. Simmer, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes, stirring until thickened. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
