

| 1/4 teaspoon Coriander, ground | 1/4 teaspoon Salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon Pepper | 4 pieces Needham Pork Loin chop |
| 1 Non-Stick 2 second oil spray | 1 Tablespoon Lime juice |
| 1 teaspoon Cornstarch dissolved in water | 1/2 teaspoon Sugar |
| 2/3 cup Water | 1 packet Chicken Bouillon, instant |
| 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, chopped | 1 Tablespoon Tequila |
| 1 medium Lime |
| Stir together coriander, salt and pepper. Rub spice mixture on both sides of pork steaks. Spray large skillet with nonstick spray coating. Cook steaks over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until lightly done (slightly pink in center). Remove pork from skillet, keep warm. Combine lime juice, cornstarch and sugar; set aside. Carefully add water and bouillon (about 1 teaspoon) to skillet; cook about 1 minute. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook until thickened and bubbly; cook 1 more minute. Stir in cilantro and tequila; heat through. serve steaks with sauce. Garnish with thinly sliced lime, if desired. |
