

| 32 ounces Needham Sliced Chicken Tenders | 1/2 teaspoon Paprika |
| 1 Tablespoon All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoons Margarine |
| 2 cups Cream half & half | 1/4 cup Water |
| 3 packets Chicken bouillon, dry | 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice |
| 2 Tablespoons Wine Sherry, medium-dry | 4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded |
| In a large skillet, cook Needham Sliced Chicken Tenders and paprika; remove. Stir in 1 Tbs. flour. Gradually add half-&-half, water and bouillon; over low heat, cook and stir 5 minutes or until bouillon is dissolved. Stir in lemon juice and sherry add chicken. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve with rice. |
