12 ounces Needham Sliced Beef Steak 1 Lettuce, head
1 cup Cucumber, slices 1 medium Avocado Florida
3/4 cup Vegetable Juice Cocktail 1 small Tomato, raw, diced
1 small Pepper, green 1 Tablespoon Vinegar, red wine
1 Tablespoon Cilantro, chopped 2 teaspoons Olive oil
1 medium Garlic clove, minced

 Precook Needham Sliced Beef Steak and set aside. In large bowl, combine vegetable juice, tomato, green pepper, vinegar, cilantro, oil and garlic. Add beef; toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. To serve, arrange lettuce on platter with cucumber and avocado wedges around outside edges. Spoon beef mixture on center of salad greens.
