

| 12 ounces Needham Sliced Beef Steak | 1 Lettuce, head |
| 1 cup Cucumber, slices | 1 medium Avocado Florida |
| 3/4 cup Vegetable Juice Cocktail | 1 small Tomato, raw, diced |
| 1 small Pepper, green | 1 Tablespoon Vinegar, red wine |
| 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, chopped | 2 teaspoons Olive oil |
| 1 medium Garlic clove, minced | |
| Precook Needham Sliced Beef Steak and set aside. In large bowl, combine vegetable juice, tomato, green pepper, vinegar, cilantro, oil and garlic. Add beef; toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. To serve, arrange lettuce on platter with cucumber and avocado wedges around outside edges. Spoon beef mixture on center of salad greens. |
